See which process is quietly costing you the most, and what fixing it will save.

We turn manual processes, untapped data and brittle prototypes into production AI systems you can trust, scale, and monetize.

4 in 33 AI pilots reach production (IDC with Lenovo). 42% of companies abandoned most AI initiatives before production in 2025, up from 17% in 2024 (S&P Global 451 Research).

Most teams are stuck in one of two places.

You haven't built it yet — but you know the value is there.

Years of transactions, approvals and hard-won process knowledge. What's missing is a clear picture of where time and money leak, and someone to fix it end to end.

You've already built it — but you can't yet trust it.

A pipeline, model or agent is live and mostly works. What you can't answer: who owns it, what it costs per result, and whether you'd know it failed before a client does.

Both start in the same place: nobody has mapped how the work really flows.

What you get

Map what it costs. Prove what it saves. Build & deploy what works.

We're your missing AI team: we build it, and stay accountable for whether it works.

1. Workflow Map & Optimization Plan

See where your team's time and money go, what the optimized process looks like, and what it saves — before you build anything.

Pick the process that costs you the most time or errors. Our agents map it from the systems it runs through; we sit with your team to fill the gaps and walk you through every finding. You get:

  • The process as it runs today: every step, system and handoff
  • Measurements: time, waiting, repeated work, errors and bottlenecks, as medians and slow-case (90th percentile) figures
  • A named owner for each step
  • What the process costs today, with assumptions stated
  • The optimized process, with agent steps and human approval points marked
  • The estimated build cost and payback
  • A recommendation: build, pilot first, or stop

  • Fixed fee · running within 3 weeks

    2. Proof Pilot, optional

The optimized process, run live on a slice of real work against your baseline.

Guarantee: running in your environment within 3 weeks of kickoff, or you don't pay the balance. Measurement runs a further 2–4 weeks.

  • Scoped from your plan

    3. Production Deployment

Agents in production, with guardrails, monitoring, and a named owner.

Guarantee: nothing goes live until it passes the tests we agree up front.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who does the work?
Stephen Thorpe

Every engagement is led personally by our founder, Stephen Thorpe — on the calls, in the data, and in the code. For larger builds, we bring in a vetted network of specialists we've worked with before, under the same lead. You're never handed off to someone you didn't choose. About Stephen →

How fast can we start?
Most engagements kick off within a week or two of the initial call, contingent on data and system access on your side.
What industries do you work in?
Fintech, healthcare, commercial real estate, logistics, and e-commerce so far — the pattern repeats across industries because the underlying problem is the same: a workflow that hasn't been mapped, or a system that hasn't been made trustworthy yet.
Do you install monitoring software on our team's computers?
We start with the systems you already use. Anything on your team's machines is opt-in, limited to named apps, and agreed with you in advance.
Which systems can you connect to?
We start with accounting, a CRM, and email and calendar metadata. If yours isn't listed, an export usually works to start.
What happens to our data?
We work in the systems you already use, or from an export you send. Stephen Thorpe is the person who sees the data; a specialist on a larger build sees only the slice they are brought in for. We keep working copies for the length of the engagement and delete them when it ends — sooner, if you ask.
What if the map shows automation isn't worth it?
Then you've saved the cost of a pilot that would have stalled. You keep the map either way.
Is this software we have to run ourselves?
No. The agents do the heavy lifting, but we run them, work directly with your team, and review every map and recommendation with you. You get the speed of automation with a person accountable for the result.
We already use AI assistants. Why do we need this?
Keep using them. Personal AI assistants are great for one person's one-off tasks. Your operating workflows are different: they cross people and systems, and they have to run the same way thousands of times, with a record of what happened and a person approving what matters. That's the work we map and automate.
Do we have to do the pilot?
No. Every build is tested in pre-production against your baseline before it goes live. The pilot is for when you want live results in hand — for a board, investors or your own decision — before committing to full production.
